How It Works

1. Fill it

Pour water into the steel reservoir — 2.2L on the compact model, 4L on the larger ones. That is roughly 8–10 days on the 2.2L and 12–13 days on the 4L before you need to think about it again.

2. Plug it in, or don't

The 2.2L and the Health & Happiness Kit run from the included country-specific adapter. The Wireless 2.0 runs on a charge that lasts up to 30 days, so it can sit anywhere in the house.

3. Let the stream do the work

Water circulates through a three-layer filter — pre-filter sponge, activated carbon, fine filtration — and comes out as a faucet-style stream. That movement is what triggers a cat to drink. Most cats investigate within the first day.

4. Swap the filter every two weeks

Ten seconds, no tools. Two filter sets come in the box, which covers your first two months.

5. Clean it in five minutes

The steel parts are dishwasher safe. There is nothing intricate to disassemble and nowhere for slime to hide.
